Born and raised in Gore, Emma joined O’Connor Richmond in 2016 and has developed a passion for helping clients turn ideas into successful businesses. She works with a diverse range of commercial and rural clients and enjoys supporting them with cloud-based accounting solutions.
Emma enjoys working closely with staff to develop their skills and bring the best out of the team. She works alongside her sister, Sarah Collie, and together they follow the footsteps of their father Mike Millard - one of the founding partners of OCR.
Outside the office, Emma has represented Eastern and Southland in netball across all age groups. She is married to local builder Tom, and together they have a young son. On weekends, you will often find her tackling building projects at home and spending time with her family.
